Word-of-mouth referrals were strong, but they didn’t want to depend on them as their sole source of leads. They needed someone to take over social media and build a strategic approach while they scaled their client projects.
At the time, a course launch was on the horizon, set for the coming months. But the audience wasn’t one-size-fits-all. On one side were newer business owners, still building momentum and not quite ready to invest in full-service support. On the other were more established brands, primed and ready for a rebrand.
